The ALCAD DE-805 is a professional 8-way shielded tap-off designed for CATV, MATV, SMATV, and Satellite IF distribution systems. Covering a wide 5–2300MHz frequency range, it efficiently distributes television and satellite signals by directing a controlled portion of the incoming signal to eight tap outputs while allowing the remaining signal to continue through the main line.
Featuring 20dB tap attenuation, the DE-805 is ideal for larger coaxial distribution networks where higher signal attenuation is required to maintain balanced signal levels across multiple outlets. The tap outputs provide a flat frequency response without equalization, ensuring consistent signal quality throughout the installation.
