The ALCAD ML-1708 Cascadable Multiswitch (17x8) is a professional solution for distributing satellite and terrestrial TV signals in medium to large-scale SMATV and MATV systems. Designed to handle 16 satellite polarities plus terrestrial TV, this multiswitch ensures efficient signal distribution across multiple outlets.
With 8 outputs, the ML-1708 supports cascade installations and enables flexible expansion of distribution networks. The satellite IF signals are amplified at the outputs, ensuring consistent signal strength even across extended cable runs.
This unit requires power from connected receivers, allowing independent switching and amplification for each output line. Built with a shielded metal chassis, F-type connectors, and grounding support, it ensures durability, safety, and minimal signal interference.
