This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made through the website aisouq.ae, operated by AI Souq.

Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while complying with applicable consumer protection regulations in the United Arab Emirates.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in original condition
• The product must be returned in original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
• Proof of purchase or invoice must be provided

AI Souq reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving the refund or replacement.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

• Opened or used electronic products
• Software licenses or digital products
• Customized or special-order items
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation 

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify **AI Souq within 24 hours of delivery.**

Customers may be eligible for:

• Product replacement
• Repair under warranty
• Full or partial refund (depending on the case) 

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, AI Souq will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. 

5. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:

• Incorrect product delivered
• Defective product
• Product damaged during delivery  

•          If you change your mind, provided that the merchandise is as new and in a re-sellable condition and the consumables (cartridges, blank tapes, CDs, or DVDs) and accessories (cables, chargers, batteries...) are still sealed, a refund can be granted upon Aisouq.ae approval within 7 days after delivery. However, the normal delivery or supplier delivery charge, as well as card transaction charges, will be charged back, as well as any additional charges incurred by courier collection.

6. Installation Services

If installation services have already been completed, installation charges may not be refundable.

Additional materials used during installation may also be non-refundable. 

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before the product is dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and the return policy will apply.
