• Additional cabling or installation requirements beyond the standard scope will be quoted separately.

The following services are not included:

• New electrical power point installation
• Distribution board (DB) connections
• Civil works (wall cutting, trenching, excessive drilling)
• Concealed conduit or piping
• Painting and finishing works
