Scope & Exclusions

Standard installation is provided for offices, retail shops, apartments, villas, and small commercial properties.

Not Included:

• Civil works (wall cutting, trenching, core drilling)
• Concealed conduit or piping works
• Electrical power point installation
• Painting and finishing works
• Internet service provision
• Third-party account creation
• Additional storage upgrades
• Network infrastructure installation
• Scaffolding, boom lifts, or special access equipment

Additional works outside the standard package scope will be quoted separately.

Installation Conditions

• Installation is subject to site readiness and accessibility.
• Standard installation includes mounting heights up to 3 metres.
• Additional charges may apply for installations above 3 metres or at difficult access locations.
• Multiple visits due to site conditions or customer requests may be chargeable.

Warranty & Support

• Manufacturer warranty applies to all Tiandy products.
• 1-Month Installation Workmanship Warranty
• Basic technical support during the workmanship warranty period.

Warranty does not cover:

• Equipment misuse or accidental damage
• Power fluctuations or lightning damage
• Internet or Wi-Fi performance issues
• Third-party modifications or repairs

Commercial Information

• Prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Tax invoice available upon request.
• Storage upgrades, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), system relocation, rectification, and future expansion services are available separately.
