Scope & Exclusions

Standard installation is suitable for:

• Small Villas, Retail shops, clinics, saloon, small villas, apartmets.

The following are not included:

• Civil works (wall cutting, trenching, core drilling)
• Concealed conduit or piping
• Electrical power point installation
• Painting and finishing works
• Internet service provision
• Third-party mobile account creation
• Additional storage upgrades
• Network infrastructure installation
• Scaffolding, boom lifts or special access equipment

Additional works outside the standard scope will be quoted separately.

Installation Conditions

• Installation is subject to site readiness and accessibility.
• Standard installation covers mounting heights up to 3 metres.
• Work above 3 meters or at difficult access locations may incur additional charges.
• Multiple visits due to site conditions or client requests may be chargeable.

Warranty & Support

• Manufacturer warranty applies to Tiandy products.
• 1-Month Installation Workmanship Warranty

Warranty does not cover:

• Equipment misuse
• Physical damage
• Power fluctuations or lightning damage
• Internet or network issues
• Third-party modifications or repairs

Commercial

• Prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Tax invoice available upon request.
• Storage upgrades, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), system expansion, relocation, and rectification services are available separately.
