It combines a 1080P HD door station, 7-inch indoor touchscreen monitor, and PoE connectivity to provide reliable video communication and convenient door access control.

With Hik-Connect mobile integration, users can monitor visitors, communicate with them, and remotely unlock the door from a compatible mobile device, subject to network and system configuration.

Installation Conditions

·        Installation will be scheduled based on building and site readiness.

·        Access to all required apartment units must be available during installation.

·        Multiple site visits may be required depending on the building size and access arrangements.

·        Delays caused by site readiness, restricted access, or other third-party dependencies may result in additional charges.

·        Installation timelines depend on the number of apartments, building infrastructure, cable routes, and site conditions.

·        A site survey may be recommended for larger or complex installations.

Warranty & Technical Support

·        1-month workmanship warranty

·        Basic technical/online support included

·        Workmanship warranty applies only to the installation work carried out by our team.

·        One year product warranty as per the company policy

The warranty does not cover:

·        Damage caused by misuse

·        Damage caused by unauthorized modifications

·        Third-party installation or modifications

·        Network or internet service issues

·        Damage caused by external electrical or environmental conditions
