Service Charges: A standard site survey and initial inspection/rectification is AED 289 (including VAT), covering technician visits, system inspection, basic fault rectification, and a repair/replacement quotation.

Booking & Payment: A non-refundable AED 289 booking fee is required to confirm appointments and will be deducted from the final invoice. Balance payment is due upon completion. Payments accepted via cash, card, bank transfer, or online methods.

Billing & Warranty: A detailed invoice will be provided upon completion. A one-month service warranty is applicable after full payment. Additional services or materials approved during the job will be charged separately.
