Service Scope & Exclusions
AMC covers maintenance service only (no materials included)
Not included: Camera, DVR/NVR, HDD replacement, Major repairs or full reinstallation,
Civil, electrical, or cabling modifications
Any additional work or parts will be quoted separately

Service Schedule & Support
AMC is based on per-visit purchase (not fixed yearly contracts).
Includes defined visits + remote support as per package
Follow-up visits must be used within validity period
Additional visits/support will be chargeable
Service scheduling based on mutual availability

Warranty & Responsibility
AMC ensures maintenance support but not guaranteed uptime
Not responsible for the following:-
Equipment failure or aging
Network/internet issues
Third-party modifications
All issues will be reported and resolved at additional cost if required
