ADMCC Approval Services for Installed CCTV Systems I Up to 64 Cameras

Our ADMCC Approval Service is designed to assist customers in obtaining ADMCC approval for existing CCTV systems installed at commercial facilities, warehouses, industrial sites, offices, retail outlets, labor accommodations, and other facilities regulated under Abu Dhabi requirements.

The service includes document preparation, portal processing, coordination, inspection support, and follow-up throughout the approval process.

⚠ Inspection fees, government charges, penalties, modification costs, and related authority fees are NOT included.

? Includes 1 Year Complimentary AMC Support + 1 Free Preventive Maintenance Visit for the Approved CCTV System.

Scope of Service Includes

• Review of existing CCTV system against ADMCC requirements

• Preparation of required documentation

• CCTV layout and device schedule preparation (where required)

• ADMCC portal submission and processing

• Coordination with relevant stakeholders

• Assistance in booking inspection (where applicable)

• Support during approval process

• Follow-up until approval or authority feedback is received

Complimentary AMC Support (1 Year)

The complimentary AMC support includes:

• One (1) Preventive Maintenance Visit during the AMC period

• Basic remote technical support

• Guidance on CCTV system operation

• Assistance with recording playback and user access

• Support for minor configuration-related queries

• System health review during AMC visit

• Periodic technical guidance when requested

• Support validity for one (1) year from approval completion date

Not Included in Complimentary AMC Support

• Additional on-site visits beyond the complimentary visit

• Replacement of faulty equipment

• Repair works

• System modifications or upgrades

• Cabling, networking, UPS, storage, or electrical works

• Third-party service charges

• Government inspection support after approval completion

? Any additional visits, replacement materials, rectification works, or system upgrades required during the AMC period will be quoted separately.

General Terms & Conditions

1. Scope & Exclusions

• Service is applicable only for existing installed CCTV systems.

• CCTV systems must substantially comply with applicable ADMCC requirements.

• Any modifications, upgrades, or additional equipment required to meet authority regulations are not included.

The following are NOT included:

• ADMCC inspection fees

• Government charges and authority fees

• Penalties or fines

• CCTV rectification works

• Additional cameras, storage, UPS, networking, or equipment upgrades

• Civil, electrical, containment, or cabling modifications

• Consultant approval fees (if applicable)

? Any required modifications or additional works will be quoted separately.

2. Approval Process

• Approval timelines depend on authority review, inspection availability, and processing times.

• Clients shall provide all required documents, access, and information requested during the approval process.

• Approval is subject to compliance with prevailing ADMCC regulations and authority requirements.

3. Responsibility

• This service covers documentation, submission, and coordination activities only.

• Final approval remains solely subject to authority regulations, inspection outcomes, and authority decisions.

• No guarantee can be provided regarding approval timelines or authority decisions.

4. Commercial

• Prices are exclusive of inspection fees, government charges, and third-party fees unless otherwise stated.

• Tax invoice will be provided upon request.

• Additional support, rectification services, compliance upgrades, and on-site AMC services can be arranged separately.
