Our Wi-Fi system AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services help keep your wireless network reliable, secure, and performing at its best through scheduled maintenance and technical support. Each package includes one on-site maintenance visit and limited remote support to minimize downtime, improve connectivity, and ensure optimal network performance.

• Wi-Fi System AMC – Up to 50 Devices

Each package includes:

• 1 On-Site Maintenance Visit
• 1 Remote Support Session (Valid for 30 Days)

• Wi-Fi system health check and inspection
• Basic troubleshooting and issue rectification
• Wireless coverage and connectivity assessment
• Verification of power and network connections
• Cleaning of accessible Wi-Fi devices
• Basic configuration and performance adjustments
• Firmware update verification (where applicable)
• Fault reporting and upgrade recommendations

? General Terms & Conditions

Scope & Exclusions

• This is a maintenance-only service; materials and replacement parts are not included.

Not Included:

• Access Point, Router, Controller, or Switch replacement
• Major network redesign or reconfiguration
• New cabling installations or modifications
• Civil, electrical, or containment works
• Internet Service Provider (ISP) related issues

? Any additional work or replacement requirements will be quoted separately upon customer approval.

? Service Validity & Support

• AMC is provided on a per-visit basis and is not an annual contract.
• One remote support session is included and must be utilized within 30 days of the service visit.
• Additional visits or support requests outside the package scope will be chargeable.
• Service appointments are subject to scheduling and technician and client availability.

?️ Responsibility

• This service provides maintenance support only and does not guarantee uninterrupted network performance.

Not Covered:

• Equipment failure, defects, or aging
• Internet service outages or ISP-related issues
• Existing network infrastructure limitations
• Misuse, accidental damage, or third-party modifications

? Any issues identified outside the AMC service scope will be reported and can be rectified at additional cost upon approval.

? Commercial Terms

• Prices are inclusive of VAT.
• Tax invoice will be provided upon request.
• Additional services, visits, or support can be arranged at extra cost through customer support.
