✅ Scope of Service Includes

• Installation of client-supplied Wi-Fi routers and access points
• Mounting and positioning of wireless access points and routers
• Basic wireless network configuration and setup
• SSID (Wi-Fi Name) creation and password configuration
• Coverage optimization and wireless signal testing
• Device connectivity verification and performance testing
• Basic network security configuration
• User guidance and system handover upon completion

Scope Exclusions & Service Conditions

• This is an installation-only service. All equipment, including Access Points, Routers, Controllers, Switches, Licenses, Cables, and Accessories, must be supplied by the client or purchased separately.
• The selected package is applicable only for the maximum number of Wi-Fi devices specified in the chosen bundle.
• Installation service is valid for mounting heights of up to 3 meters. Additional charges may apply for installations above this height or where special access equipment is required.
• Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to separate charges.

• Civil works (wall cutting, trenching, drilling)
• Electrical works and power connections
• Conduit and concealed piping works
• Painting and finishing works
• Advanced network, router, controller, or internet service configuration beyond basic Wi-Fi setup

• Installation will be scheduled based on site readiness and accessibility.
• Multiple visits may be required depending on site conditions.
• Delays caused by site access restrictions or third-party dependencies may incur additional charges.
• Installation duration varies based on device quantity and site requirements.

• Includes 1-month workmanship warranty on installation services.
• Basic technical and remote support provided during the warranty period.

?️ Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

• Equipment failure or defects in client-supplied devices
• ISP or internet service-related issues
• Network performance limitations caused by existing infrastructure
• Misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications by third parties

• Any service requests related to the above exclusions will be chargeable.
• Additional visits, troubleshooting, repairs, or reconfiguration outside the warranty scope may incur extra charges.
