Service Scope

• Maintenance service only (no material supply)
• Designed for preventive maintenance and minor issue resolution

Exclusions

• Device or accessory replacement
• Major repair works or system re-installation
• Civil, electrical, or cabling modification works

Service Validity & Support

• Visit-based AMC (not a fixed yearly contract)
• Remote support valid for 1 month from visit date
• Additional visits or support will be chargeable
• Service scheduling based on availability
