• This is an installation-only service. All cables, patch panels, faceplates, keystone jacks, conduits, trunking, cable trays, racks, patch cords, and accessories must be provided by the client or purchased separately.
• Package is applicable for the maximum number of cable points as per the selected bundle.
• Maximum cable length considered is 90 meters per cable point in accordance with structured cabling standards.
• Installation is considered for mounting heights up to 3 meters only.

• The service includes a 1-month warranty covering installation workmanship.
• Basic technical and online support is provided during the warranty period.
• Cable damage caused by third parties
• Physical damage after handover
• Network performance issues caused by active equipment
• Misuse, modifications, or environmental damage
Any such service requests will be chargeable.
• Prices are inclusive of VAT.
