General Terms & Conditions

1. Scope Exclusions & Service Conditions

• This is an installation-only service. All firewall appliances, licenses, subscriptions, network switches, routers, cables, and accessories must be provided by the client or purchased separately.

• Package is applicable for the selected bundle only.

• Installation is limited to standard business network environments.

? The following are not included:

• Advanced cybersecurity assessments or penetration testing

• Large-scale VPN deployments

• Cloud security integrations

• Server migration or application migration

• Structured cabling works

• Civil, electrical, or containment works

• Third-party ISP coordination and troubleshooting

• Custom security policy development

? These services can be provided at additional cost if required.

2. Installation Schedule & Service Conditions

• Installation will be carried out based on site readiness and accessibility.

• Multiple visits may be required depending on network complexity and project scope.

• Delays due to ISP dependencies, site readiness, or third-party requirements may result in additional charges.

• Installation timeline depends on network complexity and infrastructure readiness.

3. Warranty & Support

• The service includes a 1-month warranty covering installation workmanship.

• Basic technical and online support is provided during the warranty period.

? Warranty does not cover:

• Hardware failure or manufacturer defects

• License or subscription expiration

• ISP service interruptions

• Cybersecurity incidents caused by user actions

• Third-party modifications or unauthorized changes

4. Commercial

• Prices are inclusive of VAT.

• Tax invoice will be provided upon request.

• Additional AMC, security review, VPN support, rectification, and IT maintenance services can be arranged through customer support.
