General Terms & Conditions

1. Scope & Exclusions

• This is a maintenance-only service; software licenses, subscriptions, spare parts, replacement equipment, and consumables are not included.

• Hardware replacement

• Operating system reinstallation

• Data recovery services

• Virus or ransomware recovery

• Software license procurement

• New network installations

• Structured cabling works

• Major network redesign or migration

• Server administration and cloud management

? Any additional work will be quoted separately upon approval.

2. Service Validity & Support

• AMC is offered on a per-visit basis (not an annual contract).

• Remote support must be utilized within 1 month from the visit date.

• Additional visits or support beyond the package will be chargeable.

• Service scheduling will be arranged based on availability.

3. Responsibility

• Service ensures maintenance support only and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation in case of equipment failure.

Not covered:

• Hardware failure or aging

• Internet Service Provider (ISP) issues

• Software licensing issues

• Cybersecurity incidents, viruses, or malware

• Power supply fluctuations

• Misuse or unauthorized modifications

• Prices are inclusive of VAT.

• Tax invoice will be provided upon request.
