1. Scope Exclusions & Service Conditions

• This is an installation-only service.

• All clocks, master clock controllers, synchronization modules, power supplies, communication interfaces, network devices, cables, and accessories must be supplied by the client or purchased separately.

• Package applies to the selected maximum number of clocks.

• Installation is considered for mounting heights up to 3 meters.

Not Included

• Civil works (wall cutting, trenching, core drilling)

• Electrical works (power supply and DB connections)

• Concealed conduit or piping works

• Painting and finishing works

• Network infrastructure installation

• GPS antenna installation and external cabling

• Third-party system integration unless specifically included

2. Installation Schedule & Site Conditions

• Installation will be scheduled based on site readiness and accessibility.

• Multiple visits may be required depending on site conditions and project scope.

• Delays caused by site readiness, restricted access, or third-party dependencies may result in additional charges.

• Installation timelines depend on the number of clocks, building layout, and infrastructure readiness.

3. Warranty & Support

• Includes a 1-month workmanship warranty on installation services.

• Basic technical and online support during the warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions

• Equipment failure or manufacturer defects

• Battery replacement

• GPS, NTP, or network synchronization failures caused by external systems

• Misuse, accidental damage, or vandalism

• Third-party modifications or repairs

• Electrical supply fluctuations

4. Commercial

• Prices are inclusive of VAT.

• Tax invoice available upon request.

• Additional AMC, maintenance, rectification, and support services can be arranged separately.
