IPTV, and other low-voltage cabling infrastructures.
The service is ideal for offices, retail outlets,
warehouses, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, hotels, and
commercial buildings experiencing network connectivity or cabling-related
issues.

• Each visit includes up to 3 hours of service by our
technical team.
• Waiting time exceeding 1 hour at the site will be charged

2. Scope Limitations
• Only minor rectifications and feasible fixes within the
visit duration will be completed.
• If the issue requires:
○ Additional time
○ Replacement materials or spare parts
○ Additional manpower
○ Specialized testing equipment
○ Major cable route modifications
○ Fiber optic rectification works

3. Service Nature
• This is a one-time visit charge.
• Each visit includes one technical team visit.
• Additional manpower or extended work duration will be
charged separately.
? Clients may purchase
additional visits if required.
4. Commercial & Refund Policy
• This service is non-refundable once the visit has been
conducted.
• Even if complete rectification cannot be achieved during
the allocated visit duration, findings, recommendations, and required
corrective actions will be clearly communicated to the client.
• Prices are inclusive of VAT.
• Tax invoices will be provided upon request.
