Network Cabling AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Services I Visit-Based

Our Network Cabling AMC Service helps maintain the reliability and performance of your structured cabling infrastructure through periodic inspection, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting support. The service is suitable for Data, Telephone, Wi-Fi, CCTV, IPTV, Access Control, and other low-voltage network cabling systems.

AMC Service Options (Per Visit Purchase)

• Network Cabling AMC Work – Up to 25 Cable Points

• Network Cabling AMC Work – Up to 100 Cable Points

Each package includes:
• 1 AMC Visit
• 1 Remote Support / Call (valid within 1 month)

Scope of Service Includes

• Structured cabling health check-up

• Visual inspection of cable routes and terminations

• Network outlet and patch panel verification

• Cable labeling verification

• Basic connectivity testing

• Inspection of cable management systems

• Identification of damaged or loose connections

• Minor rectification of accessible terminations

• Reporting of faults and improvement recommendations

Service Exclusions

This is a maintenance-only service. Materials, spare parts, replacement cables, patch panels, faceplates, connectors, and accessories are not included.

Not included:

• New cable installation

• Re-cabling works

• Fiber optic splicing and termination

• Fluke certification testing

• Network switch, firewall, or server configuration

• Civil, electrical, or containment works

• Major cable route modifications

Any additional work identified during the maintenance visit will be quoted separately upon client approval.

Service Validity & Support

• AMC is offered on a per-visit basis and is not an annual maintenance contract.

• Remote support must be utilized within one month from the visit date.

• Additional visits and support requests beyond the package scope will be chargeable.

• Service appointments will be scheduled based on availability.

Commercial Information

• Prices are inclusive of VAT.

• Tax invoices will be provided upon request.

• Additional maintenance, rectification, testing, certification, and emergency support services can be arranged through customer support.
