Our Wall Mount Network Rack Installation Service is designed to provide professional installation, assembly, and organization of wall-mounted network racks for offices, retail shops, schools, clinics, warehouses, and commercial facilities. The service ensures proper equipment mounting, cable organization, ventilation, and accessibility for reliable network operations.

Scope of Service Includes:

• Assembly and installation of client-supplied wall mount rack (up to 15U)
• Wall mounting of rack at designated location
• Installation of shelves, cable managers, and rack accessories
• Mounting of switches, patch panels, and network devices
• Basic cable dressing and organization
• Equipment labeling and arrangement
• Power and connectivity verification
• Final inspection and handover

General Terms & Conditions

1. Scope Exclusions & Service Conditions

• This is an installation-only service. All racks, shelves, cable managers, patch panels, switches, PDUs, accessories, and mounting hardware must be provided by the client or purchased separately.
• Package is applicable for one wall mount rack installation up to 15U.
• Installation requires a structurally suitable wall capable of supporting the rack and equipment load.

? The following are not included:

• Structured cabling installation
• Network switch configuration
• Firewall configuration
• Fiber optic splicing and termination
• Civil works (wall cutting, trenching, core drilling)
• Electrical works and power point installation
• Server installation and migration
• Cooling system installation

? These services can be provided at additional cost if required.

2. Installation Schedule & Service Conditions

• Installation will be carried out based on site readiness and accessibility.
• Wall mounting location must be approved by the client prior to installation.
• Delays due to site readiness, access restrictions, or third-party dependencies may result in additional charges.
• Installation timeline depends on rack size and equipment quantity.

3. Warranty & Support

• The service includes a 1-month warranty covering installation workmanship.
• Basic technical and online support is provided during the warranty period.

? Warranty does not cover:

• Hardware failure or manufacturer defects
• Physical damage caused after handover
• Rack overloading beyond manufacturer specifications
• Third-party modifications or relocation
• Power supply issues and environmental factors

? Any such service requests will be chargeable.

4. Commercial

• Prices are inclusive of VAT.
• Tax invoice will be provided upon request.
• Additional AMC, rack reorganization, rectification, and support services can be arranged through customer support.
