? General Terms & Conditions
Service Conditions
• Installation is applicable for mounting heights up to 3 meters.
• Site must be ready and accessible before installation begins.
• Installation schedule will be arranged based on site readiness.
• Multiple visits may be required depending on project size and site conditions.
• Additional charges may apply for delays caused by site access restrictions or third-party dependencies.
Not Included
• Structured cabling works
• Civil works (wall cutting, trenching, core drilling)
• Electrical works and power connections
• Concealed conduit or piping works
• Painting and finishing works
• SIP trunk provisioning or telecom operator services
• Internet connectivity and ISP services
• Hardware supply, licenses, gateways, switches, or accessories
Service Limitations
• This is an installation-only service.
• All equipment must be supplied by the client or purchased separately.
• Additional configuration, integration, relocation, or expansion works will be quoted separately.
• Complex rectification work requiring additional materials, manpower, or equipment is not included.
Warranty & Support
• Includes 1-month workmanship warranty on installation services.
• Basic technical support is provided during the warranty period.
Warranty Does Not Cover
• Client-supplied equipment failure
• Telecom service provider issues
• Internet or VoIP service interruptions
• Physical damage or misuse
• Third-party modifications or unauthorized changes
Commercial
• Installation service only.
• Any additional visits outside the agreed scope may be chargeable.
• Additional services and materials will be quoted separately where required.
• Recommendations and corrective actions will be provided if further work is necessary
