General Terms & Conditions

1. Service Duration & Coverage

• Each visit includes up to 3 hours of service by our technical team.

• Waiting time exceeding 1 hour at the site will be charged additionally.

• This service is strictly for rectification and configuration support only.

• Hardware upgrades or component replacement

• System migration services

• Data backup or migration services

2. Scope Limitations

• Only minor rectifications and feasible fixes within the visit duration will be completed.

• If the issue requires:

○ Additional time

○ Hardware replacement

○ Software licensing

○ Data recovery services

○ Virus or malware removal

○ Additional manpower

? A separate quotation will be provided.

3. Service Nature

• This is a one-time visit charge.

• Each visit includes one technical team visit.

• Additional manpower or extended work duration will be charged separately.

? Clients may purchase additional visits if required.

4. Commercial & Refund Policy

• This service is non-refundable once the visit has been conducted.

• Even if complete rectification cannot be achieved during the allocated visit duration,
