limited remote support to minimize service interruptions and ensure smooth TV
distribution across all connected viewing points.
The service is suitable for villas, hotels, residential
buildings, hospitals, schools, staff accommodations, offices, and commercial
facilities utilizing SMATV or IPTV systems.

educational institutions, and commercial facilities with larger television
distribution networks.

2. Service Validity & Support
• AMC is offered on a per-visit
basis (not an annual contract).
• Remote support must be
utilized within 1 month from the visit date.
• Additional visits or support
beyond the package will be chargeable.
• Service scheduling will be arranged based on availability.
3. Responsibility
• Service provides maintenance support only and does not
guarantee uninterrupted operation in the event of equipment failure.
