Whether you require a centralized Satellite Master Antenna Television (SMATV) solution or an IP-based television distribution system (IPTV), our technical team ensures the system is professionally installed and configured for optimal performance.

? General Terms & Conditions

1. Scope Exclusions & Service Conditions

• This is an installation-only service.

• All headend equipment, IPTV servers, receivers, amplifiers, splitters, cables, connectors, TV outlets, network equipment, licenses, and accessories must be provided by the client or purchased separately.

• The selected package applies to the maximum number of TV points specified under the selected bundle.

• Installation is considered for mounting heights up to 3 meters only.

? Not Included

• Civil works (wall cutting, trenching, core drilling)

• Electrical works (power supply and DB connections)

• Concealed conduit or piping works

• Painting and finishing works

• Satellite dish installation and alignment

• ISP subscriptions or television content subscriptions

• Network infrastructure installation for IPTV systems

• Integration with hospitality management systems

• Integration with third-party software platforms

? These services can be provided at additional cost if required.

2. Installation Schedule & Service Conditions

• Installation will be carried out based on site readiness and accessibility.

• Multiple visits may be required depending on site conditions and project size.

• Delays due to site readiness, access restrictions, or third-party dependencies may result in additional charges.

• Installation timelines depend on the number of TV points, infrastructure readiness, and project complexity.

3. Warranty & Support

• The service includes a 1-month warranty covering installation workmanship.

• Basic technical and online support is provided during the warranty period.

? Warranty Does Not Cover

• Equipment failure or manufacturer defects

• Signal interruptions caused by service providers

• IPTV licensing or subscription-related issues

• Misuse, accidental damage, or third-party modifications

• Electrical supply fluctuations

? Any such service requests will be chargeable.

4. Commercial

• Prices are inclusive of VAT.

• Tax invoices will be provided upon request.

• Additional AMC, rectification, emergency support, and system expansion services can be arranged through customer support.
