Scope of Service Includes: 

• System health check and inspection

• TV signal quality verification

• Headend equipment inspection

• Amplifier and splitter functionality verification

• IPTV server and network connectivity verification (where applicable)

• TV outlet point testing

• Cable fault checking and minor rectification

• Basic system configuration adjustments

• Signal level verification and balancing

• Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting

• Reporting of identified faults and recommendations

General Terms & Conditions

1. Service Duration & Coverage 

• Each visit includes up to 3 hours of service by our technical team.

• Waiting time exceeding 1 hour at site will be charged additionally.

• This service is strictly for rectification and configuration support only.

? New installations, additional TV points, system upgrades, or system expansion are not included.

2. Scope Limitations

• Only minor rectifications and feasible fixes within the visit duration will be completed.

• If the issue requires: 

o Additional time

o Replacement materials

o Additional manpower

o Specialized equipment

o Major system modifications

? A separate quotation will be provided for complete rectification.

3. Service Nature 

• This is a one-time visit charge.

• Each visit includes one technical team visit.

• Additional manpower or extended work duration will be charged separately.

? Client may purchase additional visits if required.

4. Commercial & Refund Policy

• This is a non-refundable service once the visit is conducted.

• Even if complete rectification is not possible during the visit,

? Findings, recommendations, and required corrective actions will be clearly explained to the client.
