Our Speaker System AMC Service helps maintain the performance and reliability of Background Music (BGM), Public Address (PA), Paging, and Commercial Audio Systems through periodic inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting support. The service is designed to minimize downtime, ensure clear audio quality, and extend the lifespan of your audio equipment.

• Speaker System AMC Work – Up to 25 Speakers

• Speaker System AMC Work – Up to 50 Speakers

? Each package includes:

• 1 AMC Maintenance Visit

• 1 Remote Support Session / Call (valid within 1 month)

• Basic troubleshooting and rectification

• Cleaning of accessible equipment

• Verification of audio levels and sound quality

• Reporting of faults and upgrade recommendations

? General Terms & Conditions

1. Scope & Exclusions

• This is a maintenance-only service.

• Materials, spare parts, and replacement equipment are not included.

Not Included

• Speaker replacement

• Amplifier replacement

• Microphone replacement

• Audio controller replacement

• Major system reconfiguration

• New cabling installations

• Civil, electrical, or containment works

• Acoustic tuning and consultancy services

? Additional work will be quoted separately upon approval.

2. Service Validity & Support

• AMC is provided on a per-visit basis (not an annual contract).

• Remote support is valid for 1 month from the service visit date.

• Additional visits and support requests are chargeable.

• Service appointments are subject to scheduling availability.

3. Responsibility

• Service provides maintenance support only and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation in the event of equipment failure.

Not Covered

• Equipment failure due to aging

• Physical damage or misuse

• Power supply fluctuations

• Third-party modifications

• Network issues affecting IP-based audio systems

? Such issues will be reported and can be rectified at additional cost.

4. Commercial

• Prices are inclusive of VAT.

• Tax invoice available upon request.

• Additional maintenance, rectification, emergency support, and upgrade services can be arranged separately.
