The service includes installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning to ensure clear, reliable, and balanced audio performance.

? General Terms & Conditions

1. Scope Exclusions & Service Conditions

• This is an installation-only service.

• All speakers, amplifiers, mixers, microphones, audio controllers, cables, connectors, mounting accessories, and related equipment must be supplied by the client or purchased separately.

• Package is applicable for the maximum number of speakers selected.

• Installation is considered for mounting heights up to 3 meters.

Not Included

• Civil works (wall cutting, trenching, core drilling)

• Electrical works (power supply and DB connections)

• Concealed conduit or piping works

• Painting and finishing works

• Acoustic treatment and consultancy

• Audio system design services

• Network infrastructure works for IP-based audio systems

• Additional cabling beyond site readiness

2. Installation Schedule & Site Conditions

• Installation will be carried out based on site readiness and accessibility.

• Multiple visits may be required depending on project scope and site conditions.

• Delays caused by site readiness, restricted access, or third-party dependencies may result in additional charges.

• Installation timelines depend on speaker quantity and infrastructure readiness.

3. Warranty & Support

• Includes 1-month workmanship warranty on installation services.

• Basic technical and online support during the warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions

• Equipment failure or manufacturer defects

• Audio quality limitations caused by equipment selection

• Misuse, accidental damage, or vandalism

• Third-party modifications or repairs

• Electrical supply fluctuations

4. Commercial

• Prices are inclusive of VAT.

• Tax invoice available upon request.

• Additional AMC, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support services can be arranged separately.
