? General Terms & Conditions

1. Scope Exclusions & Service Conditions

• This is an installation-only service.

• All turnstiles, controllers, readers, power supplies, cables, mounting accessories, and related equipment must be supplied by the client or purchased separately.

• Installation is applicable for standard mounting requirements and accessible installation locations.

Not Included

• Civil works, excavation, trenching, or concrete foundations

• Electrical power supply and DB connections

• Welding, fabrication, or structural modifications

• Concealed conduit or piping works

• Painting and finishing works

• Access Control software configuration

• Visitor Management System integration

• Biometric device supply and configuration

• Network infrastructure and structured cabling works

? Additional services can be provided at extra cost if required.

2. Installation Schedule & Site Conditions

• Installation will be carried out based on site readiness and accessibility.

• Multiple visits may be required depending on site conditions.

• Delays caused by site readiness, restricted access, or third-party dependencies may result in additional charges.

• Installation timelines depend on equipment quantity and infrastructure readiness.

3. Warranty & Support

• Includes 1-month workmanship warranty on installation services.

• Basic technical and online support during the warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions

• Equipment failure or manufacturer defects

• Misuse, accidental damage, or vandalism

• Third-party modifications or repairs

• Electrical supply fluctuations or external factors

4. Commercial

• Prices are inclusive of VAT.

• Tax invoice available upon request

• Additional AMC, maintenance, rectification, and support services can be arranged separately.
