The service includes installation, alignment, testing, and commissioning to ensure safe installation and an optimal viewing experience.

• TV Installation – Up to 50" Display (1–2 Units)

Suitable for residential and commercial displays up to 50 inches.

• TV Installation – Up to 90" Display (1–2 Units)

Suitable for large-format displays and commercial screens up to 90 inches.

• Installation of client-supplied TV or display

• Wall mounting using client-supplied bracket

? General Terms & Conditions

1. Scope Exclusions & Service Conditions

• This is an installation-only service.

• All TVs, displays, wall brackets, cables, accessories, and mounting hardware must be supplied by the client or purchased separately.

• The selected package applies to a maximum of 2 displays.

• Installation is considered for mounting heights up to 3 meters only.

? Not Included

• Civil works (wall cutting, trenching, core drilling)

• Electrical works (power point installation or relocation)

• Concealed conduit or piping works

• Wall reinforcement or structural modifications

• Painting and finishing works

• Additional cabling beyond existing provisions

• IPTV, SMATV, AV System, or Home Automation integration

• Custom furniture modifications

? These services can be provided at additional cost if required.

2. Installation Schedule & Service Conditions

• Installation will be carried out based on site readiness and accessibility.

• Delays due to site readiness, access restrictions, or third-party dependencies may result in additional charges.

• Installation timelines depend on display size, quantity, mounting requirements, and site conditions.

3. Warranty & Support

• The service includes a 1-month warranty covering installation workmanship.

• Basic technical and online support is provided during the warranty period.

? Warranty Does Not Cover

• TV/display failure or manufacturer defects

• Physical damage to the display

• Software or application-related issues

• Misuse, accidental damage, or third-party modifications

• Electrical supply fluctuations

? Any such service requests will be chargeable.

4. Commercial

• Prices are inclusive of VAT.

• Tax invoice will be provided upon request.

• Additional AMC, relocation, rectification, and support services can be arranged through customer support.
