visitor registration and queue handling systems through periodic inspections,
preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting support. Each package includes one
maintenance visit with limited remote support to minimize downtime and ensure
smooth customer and visitor management operations.
This service is suitable for hospitals, clinics, banks,
government offices, service centers, educational institutions, and commercial
facilities utilizing visitor and queue management solutions.

Conditions
1. Scope & Exclusions
• This is a maintenance-only service. Materials,
spare parts, software licenses, subscriptions, and replacement equipment are
not included.

• Hardware replacement
• Printer replacement
• Display replacement
• Server replacement
• Software license renewal
• Database recovery services
• New cabling installations
• Civil, electrical, or
containment works
• Major system reconfiguration or expansion
? Any additional work
will be quoted separately upon approval.
2. Service Validity & Support
• AMC is offered on a per-visit
basis (not an annual contract).
• Remote support must be
utilized within 1 month from the visit date.
• Additional visits or support
beyond the package will be chargeable.
• Service scheduling will be arranged based on availability.
3. Responsibility
• Service provides maintenance support only and does not
guarantee uninterrupted operation in the event of equipment failure.
Not Covered:
• Equipment failure or aging
• Software licensing issues
• Network or internet service
interruptions
• Database corruption caused by
third-party applications
• Power supply fluctuations
• Misuse or third-party modifications
? Such issues will be
reported and handled at additional cost if required.
4. Commercial
• Prices are inclusive of VAT.
• Tax invoices will be provided upon request.
• Additional maintenance, rectification, and emergency support services can be arranged through customer support.
