Conditions
1. Scope Exclusions & Service Conditions
• This is an installation-only
service. All ticket dispensers, display units, operator terminals, software
licenses, servers, tablets, printers, network devices, cables, and accessories
must be provided by the client or purchased separately.
• Package is applicable for the
maximum number of service counters as per the selected bundle.
• Installation is considered for mounting heights up to 3
meters only.
? The following are not
included:
• Civil works (wall cutting,
trenching, core drilling)
• Electrical works (power
supply, DB connections)
• Concealed piping or conduit
works
• Painting and finishing works
• Network infrastructure
installation
• Server operating system
licensing
• Custom software development
• Integration with third-party ERP, HIS, CRM, or government
platforms
? These services can be
provided at additional cost if required.
2. Installation Schedule & Service Conditions
• Installation will be carried
out based on site readiness and accessibility.
• Multiple visits may be
required depending on site conditions and project size.
• Delays due to site readiness,
access restrictions, or third-party dependencies may result in additional
charges.
• Installation timeline depends on the number of service
counters and infrastructure readiness.
3. Warranty & Support
• The service includes a 1-month
warranty covering installation workmanship.
• Basic technical and online support is provided during the
warranty period.
? Warranty does not
cover:
• Equipment failure or
manufacturer defects
• Software licensing issues
• Network or internet-related
issues
• Misuse, physical damage, or
third-party modifications
• Database corruption caused by third-party applications
? Any such service requests will be chargeable.
4. Commercial
• Prices are inclusive of VAT.
• Tax invoice will be provided upon request.
• Additional AMC, rectification, and support services can be arranged through customer support.
