• Each visit includes up to 3 hours of service.
• Waiting time exceeding 1 hour at site will be charged additionally.
• This service is strictly for troubleshooting and minor rectification.

Not Included:

• New installations
• Additional counter setup
• System upgrades or expansion
• Major software modifications

2. Scope Limitations

Only feasible rectification within the visit duration will be completed.

If the issue requires:

• Additional time
• Replacement materials
• Additional manpower
• Specialized equipment
• Major system modifications

A separate quotation will be provided.

3. Service Nature

• One-time visit charge.
• Includes one technician only.
• Additional visits or manpower will be chargeable.

4. Commercial & Refund Policy

• Service is non-refundable once the visit is conducted.
• Findings and recommendations will be shared even if complete rectification is not possible
