General Terms & Conditions

1. Scope & Exclusions

• Installation is applicable for offices, retail shops, and apartments.

• Standard installation practices will be followed.

Not Included:

• Civil works (wall cutting, trenching, core drilling)

• Concealed piping works

• Electrical power point installation

• Painting and finishing works

• Internet service provision

• Mobile application setup requiring third-party accounts

• Additional storage upgrades

• Network infrastructure works

• Scaffoldings, boom lifts, or special access equipment

? Additional works outside the package scope will be quoted separately.

3. Installation Conditions

• Installation is subject to site readiness and accessibility.

• Installation height up to 3 meters is considered under the standard package.

• Additional charges may apply for work at greater heights or difficult access locations.

• Multiple visits may be required depending on site conditions.

4. Warranty & Support

• Product warranty shall be as per the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

• Installation workmanship warranty is valid for one month from handover.

• Basic technical guidance will be provided during the warranty period.

? Warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, power fluctuations, lightning damage, or third-party modifications.

5. Commercial

• Prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Tax invoice will be provided upon request.

• Additional storage upgrades, AMC services, rectification works, and system expansions can be arranged separately.
